C & N Sales League Rules and Policies – Dart League

We will follow the NDA rules with the following changes and/or additions
1) Subs
A) Teams may only obtain non-rostered subs that do not push their team PPD over
the top PPD of the league in areas where there are multiple levels of leagues
B) Any player who subs in contrary to this rule will have their
points/games forfeited and the scores will be adjusted accordingly
C) Once a player has subbed or played 7 times with any one team in that
league, they can no longer sub for any other team in that league
2) Forfeits
A) Any team that forfeits a league match, also forfeits its right to participate
in any tournament available to C & N Sales
B) Any team that forfeits 3 league matches in a given league season will
be removed from the league and not invited back for 2 years
C) Any dart team that forfeits the entire match will receive zero games won
D) Dart team present will receive the equivalent to their games won percentage
E) Dart players present receive no credit for any games played
3) Tournament Teams
A) At either the team pool or team dart tournament, a league team can only
enter one tournament team of Like event.
B) 4 Person teams must have 3 original players
An original player is a player who has competed 10 league nights with the team entering the tournament.
All teams are allowed to draft (1) one sub for the tournament team.
C) Doubles teams may combine TWO doubles teams to form one team, NO SUBS ALLOWED
4) National Sanction Fees
A) Any player/team participating in either the MOMA, IOMA, or NDA events
must pay a $50.00 National Sanction Fee by the December 1st deadline
B) Teams not submitting the sanction fee by the December 1st deadline may be
refused entry or may be required to pay a late fee to the national association
5) Tournament PPD Report
A) In all dart tournaments players will be placed by the highest PPD recorded
between there leagues and tournament report
B) Top 2 finishers in each division will be reviewed and may be elevated at the
following years tournament
6) Diddleing for the middle
When players diddle for the start of a game or match the following rules apply:
1) Players will throw their darts until one dart sticks
2) If a player hits the dead center of the bullseye, it will be removed before the opponent throws
their darts providing both players agree it is in the dead center
3) If a dart that is sticking in the board and falls out due to the opponents dart hitting the board,
that player will be allowed to throw again
7) Tie Breakers
If 2 teams are tied and only one team advances, the tie will be broken on Head to Head within the round robin.
If 3 or 4 teams are tied and Head to Head cannot advance a team, 1 game of count-up will determine who advances
to the next level in 501, Mark 21 for Cricket.
